THINKING OUT OF THE BOX!
Sound science and 30 years of pioneering work in micro encapsulation, did teach us how to master chemistry and process for optimal stable systems. Thanks to an unconventional approach to measurement of the physical and chemical aspects, we have developed analytical tools with ability to predict with great precision the reaction and stability. Partnership with universities, give us access to a broad range of instruments.
Manufacturing
PROVEN TECHNOLOGIES
Few development laboratories have tested and retested industrial manufacturing of micro capsules, as we have in 25 years of existence. Our laboratory does master flawlessly most of the traditional micro encapsulation processes, and is continues to search for improvement and innovations. Over the years we have had the opportunity to select reliable and innovative partners for the industrial production.
Technology
INDEPENDENT COMPETENCE
Most of the characteristics of micro-encapsulated products are a compromise to accept what existing machine can make. We work the other way around and evaluate the characteristics the micro-capsule has to comply with. than we select the shell material to correspond to the legal status for the particular application. Last but not least, we define technology and machine design to make the capsules.
Emulsions
SMALL IS BEAUTIFULL
Droplet size is important; energy is important to separate the droplets. Our ultrasonic equipment is unique in design and in power. In order to evaluate the optimal formulation, one has to measure interfacial tension, critical micelles concentration and droplet size. Our laboratory masters surface chemistry to perfection!! Our laboratory knows how to use this science to improve bio-availability!
